Sachiko Kunimatsu

Born in Sapporo City, Hokkaido in 1983. She creates works under the theme of “Line of Sight” where a scene, continuously gazed at, overlaps with lines, and presents her works mainly at solo and group exhibitions.

What “Line of Sight” means:

The feelings that I myself could not verbalize or the scenes at which I continued gazing were transformed into lines. On the other hand, if you gaze into the lines, you will see the scenes, evoked feelings, and memories.

Viewers of these drawn lines will see various scenes.

She has created works under the same theme since 2004.
